Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

For returns please contact CustomerCare@eyesonwalls.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for either store credit of the full order value including shipping, or a full refund less our actual shipping costs.

We want you to be thrilled with your new art. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your art please contact CustomerCare@eyesonwalls.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you.Returns are accepted for either store credit of the full order value including shipping, or a full refund less our actual shipping costs.

Originals & Limited Editions
Originals and Limited Editions items we may only be able to offer a return depending on availability.

Damaged Items
In the rare case that your art arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will ask for photos of the damage including the packaging so we can document the claim and process a replacement for you at no charge.

Defective items are replaced, no hassles or shipping charges up to 6 months from purchase.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible as once your order is in production we are unable to make changes. Orders may be in production as soon as 1 hour after placing your order.

Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. If you have any issues with your Eyes On Walls art for a period of 1 year please contact us for replacement or repair.

Order will be produced and packaged with care within 2-4 business days and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Shipping to the United States & Canada

We offer free shipping in Canada* & US with expedited options available. There are never any additional taxes or duty due on receipt of your order.

Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping between 2-5 days not including the time to produce the order which varies from 1-3 business days. Priority shipping is available, options and prices are displayed during checkout.

Your order will ship by UPS. You will receive a tracking number when it ships.
You will not be charged any additional duty or taxes, your order is shipped with insurance from the courier.

Shipping to Canada

Your order will ship from Montreal (Quebec) by UPS. You will receive a tracking number when it ships.
You will not be charged any additional duty or taxes, your order is shipped with insurance from the courier.

At Eyes On Walls we are happy to open shipping to the UK, with a minimum order amount of $200 US. 
When shipping to the UK, you should take into consideration the following information:

• Minimum Order Amount to the UK is $200 USD
• NO FINISH PRODUCT will be shipped to the UK 
• VAT is not included, UPS will collect this online.  

Shipping Worldwide
New UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping starting from $14.95 flat rate per order. Unframed Fine Art Prints, Limited Editions, Originals and small items (Apparel, Books, etc..) are available shipped to most countries worldwide with shipping options and costs calculated in checkout.

Please note: Though we do our best to minimize taxes and duty charges, if your order is shipping outside of the United States and Canada there may be additional charges due on receipt of your package. Please check with your local government to confirm.

Shipping outside of the United States and Canada

Unframed Fine Art Prints, Limited Editions, Originals and small items (Apparel, Books, etc..) are available shipped to most countries worldwide for as little as $19.95 per order.Options and prices for shipping are displayed during checkout.
