Artist Statement

                           

A piece designed to look at Mario from a perspective we don't often see.

In loving tribute to Nintendo and its former CEO, "Please Understand" was a phrase popularized as an apology to fans every time a game was delayed. Quality takes time, and a timeless work of art can take even longer. Because Nintendo understands this, players everywhere (like me) are still inspired by their mastery.
